“I can feel it in my bones”

I remember the day I realized that I’m in love with the animals and I want to do something for them….

From my childhood I have always been very curious and inquisitive about pets. Mom says with laughter, that there were days that I used to bring the dogs from streets and feed them at home without her seeing them. To be frank I’m proud of those days.

One day I sincerely asked her if I want to be with animals what I should study, she replied, well you can be a veterinarian. I innocently asked her what does that mean she said if you become a veterinarian you can treat and save animals they are doctors who treat animals. From then all I wanted to be was a veterinarian. When relatives and friends used to ask me what i want to become when i grow up, I only had one perfect answer for them and that is ‘I want to be a veterinarian’.

I should admit the fact that my family supported me. For each birthday they used to gift some pets or the other, now we have dogs, hens, fishes, birds. I grew up with all of them.

Years passed by, my passion grew along with me.
Here, I am pursuing my dream I’m proud to say that with almighty’s grace now I can call myself a veterinarian.

It is truly my greatest passion and desire to help birds and animals in whatever best way possible.
